See your Finished Project Before the Construction begins
with our Free Computer Design Service

Before you owned your home it's a safe bet that you probably did a walk-through of some kind, either at an open house or perhaps one-on-one with a realtor before you made the purchase. Right? You were able to see it, to touch it, to walk from room to room, to get the sense of what you and your family liked as well as what needed improving. At Budge-It Home Remodeling, Inc., we feel that the ability to help you and your family experience your finished home before you buy can be incredibly beneficial for homeowners concerned about what their home would look like with a room addition. That's why on all qualifying projects, we offer our state-of-the-art computer design service, free of charge!

Plans & Permit

Once you have decided on a plan that you are happy with, we can quickly convert those computer designs into a full set of building plans, ready to submit to your city or county building department for permit. This is a huge cost savings when you can avoid the hassle of dealing with your own architect.

Design-Build Room Additions

Once you have your design and building permit, we build your project, usually in as little as 90-120 working days. The process of designing your project from the start helps immensely with the building process because by this point, we have a greater understanding about you as a homeowner. We know what you want, what you expect, how you expect it to be done, etc.
